Most shopping cart software is designed for instant purchase of single items, with immediate payment by credit card.

However,  the bulk of our products are custom made over a period of time, or involve deposits with order, and we have had to adapt some of our procedures to conform with the software. 

Because of this, and for the benefit of those who may be new to on line shopping, we have compiled some hints and comments which we hope will assist with the ordering process.

Adding Items To The Shopping Cart 

After selecting your choice of size and colour combinations from the drop down menus on the product screen, click on the shopping cart icon to add them to your order. A running total will be displayed in the Shopping Cart Box at the top of the right hand column. This can be edited (the “edit items” button) or deleted (the “ (–) “ symbol) before clicking on the “checkout” button to proceed. (Note - Disregard the "Calculate Shipping" button, it is only for real time shipping estimates - you will deal with shipping on Page 3 of the order form) 

Artwork/Design/Set Up Fees 

The shopping cart software programme requires these to be treated as a separate “product”, and when applicable the appropriate charge needs to be added to the cart with your order by visiting the Artwork/Design/Set Up Fees page.

 Minimum Order Quantities 

Please take note of any minimum order quantity shown on the product page when ordering. Even though the shopping cart will allow you to submit an order for less than the minimum, we reserve the right to reject the order. If we do accept it, the price may be substantially higher than shown. 

If Ordering For The first Time 

Please complete all name, address, phone and email details etc in full, including the alternate shipping address if applicable. This will ensure that our records are correct and that goods and invoices are sent to the right address. Record your password in a safe place for future visits. 

Shipping Options  

Please select one of the four options currently available. If you would like us to arrange freight, we can give you a fairly accurate estimate of the cost before you place your order. 

(If your circumstances change, the shipping method can also be altered before delivery – if in doubt select the most likely method) 

Payment Options 

Please study these carefully, as this will determine the way we treat the order, and the way you will be asked to pay. 

Gift Voucher Redemption 

If you are redeeming a gift voucher, you will need to quote the PIN number on the voucher.

If you have any additional instructions or requests with the order, please type them in the box provided. 

TWO VERY IMPORTANT POINTS! 

1. If you are purchasing as an Affiliate Member
   
   Make sure that you visit our site via the link on your web site on the day you make your order, otherwise our system will not record the commission due (see the Become An Affiliate page for further details)
   
2. Order Total Discrepancies - When you receive the confirming email after placing an order you may notice that in the case of some orders which involve a quantity discount, the final total does not reflect the correct discounted figure.
   
   For example, if the unit price for a minimum order of 15 polo shirts is $30.00 and the unit price for 30 items is $25.00, then the final total for an order of 30 is obviously $750.00 (before GST).
   
   However, if your order is made up of say 10 small, 10 medium and 10 large, or 10 blue, 10 red and 10 green,  the shopping cart software recognizes it as three separate orders of 10 items each, and does not calculate the discount – i.e. it treats each variation of size or colour as a separate “product”.
   
   Unfortunately we cannot change the programme, but rest assured that the quote or invoice you receive from us after lodging your order will show the correct figures, and you will be able to confirm the calculations when you log in to Order Tracking.
