How Our Purchasing System Works
Because our custom garments are designed and supplied to order, we do not hold stock for immediate purchase.
The order process begins with a request for a quote, followed by payment of deposit. Production then starts, with final payment before delivery.

Click on the "Get Your Quote" button below to ask for a no obligation quote. You can attach design files, logos and spreadsheets etc as well.
Get Design Visuals
Along with your quote we will prepare visuals of your design. If you don't have a design we can use your ideas to prepare one. There is no charge for this.
Pay The Deposit
Once you are happy with the final design, pay the required 50% deposit using the details on the quote. Production does not start until we receive the deposit.
Make Final Payment
Production typically takes about four to five weeks. Once the goods are ready we will issue an invoice showing the balance payable before delivery.
Things You Should Know Before You Order
Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum quantity for any order is 10 items.
Payment Terms
We require a 50% deposit before commencement of production, with the balance payable before delivery.
Production Time
Production usually takes about four to five weeks from payment of deposit.
If you have a shorter deadline than this we will always endeavour to meet it, although we never promise a delivery date that we cannot meet.
Design Visuals
Before an order is placed, we are happy to provide design visuals and garment mock ups to help you make your decision. There is no charge for this.
Sample Garments
We are happy to provide sample garments for sizing, provided they are returned in due course.
If sample garments are not returned, they will be charged for at the item price.
Other Charges
There is no separate set up charge for sublimated garments. All design elements, club and sponsors logos etc are included in the price.
Freight may apply in the case of country or interstate customers.
