“Off The Shelf” items can usually be supplied within a week or so from payment of deposit, but this may be longer if screen printing or embroidery is required.

If you have a shorter deadline than this we will always endeavour to meet it, although we never promise a delivery date that we cannot meet.

We require a 50% deposit before commencement of production, with the balance payable upon delivery.

Work does not commence until the deposit is paid, and we do not release goods until final payment has been received.

There will be additional charges for screen printing and embroidery if either of these services is required.

However, these will depend on the type of design and number of placements, and will be quoted separately.

Freight will also apply in the case of country or interstate customers.

Sample garments are available for sizing and to allow you to assess the style and quality of our work before ordering, on the proviso that they are returned to us afterwards.

Any garments not returned will be charged for.
