The minimum quantity for any order is 10 items.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Items can usually be supplied within a few days to a week, but this may be longer if screen printing or embroidery is required.
If you have a shorter deadline than this we will always endeavour to meet it, although we never promise a delivery date that we cannot meet.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
Where screen printing or embroidery is needed, we require a 50% deposit before commencement of production, with the balance payable upon delivery.
If screen printing or embroidery are not needed, we require payment in full before delivery.
Can You Arrange Screen Printing And Embroidery?
Certainly. We are a “One Stop Shop”.
Are There Any Other Charges Apart From The Item Cost?
There will be additional charges for screen printing and embroidery if either of these services is required.
However, these will depend on the type of design and number of placements, and will be quoted separately.
Freight may also apply in the case of country or interstate customers.
